Going Paperless – Tier 1 Investment Bank Opportunity

Problem Statement

A large global bank with extensive manual mortgage paper processing sites was overwhelmed with the complexity and cost of being in the paper business but needed the data for analytics and analysis.

Outcome

In a single day Tech Jam we presented vendors that could take them out of the paper business using robotics and architected a solution using AI to process all the OCR’s documents into their analytics system. Taking them out of the paper business, cutting their cost and improving customer analytics.
