The European Securities and Markets Authority's Regulatory Fitness and Performance (REFIT) program is set to impact financial institutions and repositories that have an obligation to report derivatives, specifically the reporting of data, the reconciliation and validation of Critical Data Elements (CDE), data access by competent authorities and the registration of TRs.

In line with our commitment to sharing insights and fostering dialogue within Financial Services, Capco hosted a webinar titled 'Are you fit for EMIR REFIT' on Wednesday 7th June.

The event provided a forum for subject matter experts from within Capco and the wider industry to explore the impact of REFIT program as firms navigate this critical regulatory change.
