Danny joined Capco in 2021 having been in the Royal Army Physical Training Corps (RAPTC) as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor. His last assignment was with the Irish Guards based in London and he is now the RAPTC for 39 Signals Reserves.
Claire joined Capco in October 2021 after serving for over 22 years in the Royal Air Force and is based out of our Capco North office in Manchester.
Having joined the RAF in 1998 she has completed 5 overseas tours in the Falkland Islands and Middle East as well as serving with NATO, in Madrid. Her UK postings focussed on Recruitment, Air Operations, Software Engineering, Electronic Warfare and Procurement. With a keen interest in Personal and Professional Development she qualified as a Physical Training Instructor, completed an honours degree in Business Management and certified as a PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner.
Since joining Capco Claire has collaborated with various clients across Insurance & Pensions and Banking & Payments on major Digital Transformation Programmes as a Programme Management Officer (PMO).

starting from zero in most new postings, you can succeed. Network network
network! Build a strong network, exchange details with other service leavers,
and connect with the Vets at Capco, I would never have found Capco if it wasn’t
for my Social Media Network”.
