JOURNEY TO EXCELLENCE ASSESSMENT AUTOMATION

– Capco, the global management and technology consultancy, and Cranfield Trust have partnered to digitally transform Cranfield Trust’s Journey to Excellence© impact framework.

Cranfield Trust is the UK’s leading provider of pro-bono management consultancy services to UK charities, delivering circa 400 projects a year. 

As part of its consultancy offering, Cranfield Trust utilizes an impact assessment framework entitled Journey to Excellence (J2E)© through which pre and post project evaluations are conducted on four areas of the client’s organization – Leadership and Strategic Direction; People Management; Financial Management and Sustainability; and Performance and Impact. 

Over a three-month period, Capco’s Impact Consulting team successfully automated the process through which client responses are captured. The team also revamped the graphical interfaces used for external client and internal Board reporting. The results of this work have directly led to time savings equivalent to over 600 hours per annum.

Members of Capco’s Associate Data Programme supported the core team’s development activities, and to complete the project an online hands-on training course was conducted for over 15 Cranfield Trust participants.
