Kim Sgarlata is a partner in the Capital markets and Wealth London team. She is also the client lead for two key accounts and heads up the UK Blockchain team. With deep expertise in technology and financial services, Kim specializes in delivering complex programs which intersect both sectors while encompassing innovation and strategy to deliver results.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry Kim is an expert in her field. Her areas of expertise include blockchain, machine learning and micro-behavioral analysis across the Capital Markets, Wealth and Technology sectors.
Prior to joining Capco, Kim held management consultancy roles at Accenture and Bank of America Merryl Lynch planning and executing projects across Front Office, Operations and Technology. The earlier stages of her career were spent in professional services during which she worked as an accountant for State Street corporation.
