Jeroen Dossche is a Partner at Capco. Jeroen leads Capco's activities in the Benelux, where Capco has an office presence in Brussels. His main focus is on investment management and on transformation in the Banking, Capital Markets and digital innovation domains.
INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
Jeroen has 25 years’ experience in Banking and across the broader Financial Services industry, having fulfilled roles across the Professional and Financial Services industries. He has an extensive general management background; managing P&Ls, business development, running operations, finance and control, IT, acquisitions and post merger integration, regulatory relations, client servicing and transformation programs. His core expertise is in value add services through defining strategy and aligning business, operations, IT and digital innovation projects. This includes digital solution design and implementation to bridge the gap between banks and Fintech companies. Jeroen's experience also includes the management of large key client accounts and executive advisory.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Before joining Capco, Jeroen served as Managing Director and COO of the investment firm activities of the Delta Lloyd Group, part of Aviva. Prior to this, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Paribas Bank. Throughout his career, Jeroen has built deep relationships with clients in the banking and insurance industry across the Benelux region.
