Jan Stüve is a Partner in the Banking domain, based in Capco's Frankfurt office. He leads the technology capability in Banking for Germany and Slovakia. His focus is on delivering complex system integration projects for financial services institutions, primarily in the core banking and payments space.

INDUSTRY EXPERTISE

Jan has more than 17 years of experience in delivering large scale transformational and post-merger integration projects in banking. Specializing in retail banking, he has managed the delivery of several core banking releases in Europe and Asia. His roles have spanned from architecting solutions to managing the design, build and test activities on a project and program level. Jan has significant experience in establishing and running multi-site delivery teams, leveraging offshore and nearshore centers.

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

Jan is actively involved in the development of Capco thought leadership. In the past two years, he has authored papers, including Nearshore Delivery? Think ‘Nearby’ and Core Transformations and Related Operational Risks in Retail Banking: Engaging for Success in Complex IT Transformations.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Prior to joining Capco, Jan worked at Accenture, where he built his career in core systems development, starting as an application architect. He developed strategic sourcing options for universal banks and managed the transition of such sourcing programs to external providers.
