Pride@Capco serves Capco’s larger #BYAW initiative by driving a culture of openness and innovation and engaging the entire Capco community.


The group supports the LGBTQ+ community both internally and externally through diverse partnerships with non-profits and professional organizations who help transform the larger LGBTQ+ community.


Pride@Capco hosts a variety of events throughout the year to celebrate the voices and achievements of Capco’s LGTBQ+ community, allies and partners.

On October 8, 2019, the Supreme Court of the United States heard 3 different cases to evaluate whether a landmark 1964 Civil Rights law bars employment discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

Regardless of the outcomes of these cases, Capco proudly stands with the LGBTQ+ community and commits to ensuring every employee has the same chances and opportunities at our company.
