Up to 20-30% of revenue is lost annually by companies unaware of poorly executed processes within their organization. This challenge is magnified in the financial services industry, where operations exist in a complex ecosystem of legacy applications, homegrown systems and work from home employees.
Financial services organizations are facing a push to reduce costs while regulatory pressures and client expectations are rising. To deliver against this, banks, insurers and other financial institutions need to leverage data for analytics and insights, and to enable digitization and automation while building a workforce of the future.
