I come from Reggio di Calabria, a city in southern Italy, located precisely at the tip of the boot, facing the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. 

At the age of 18, I moved to Lombardy to study and then start my professional career, meeting people who have become my new family. I never miss an opportunity to return to the sea, to nourish my spirit and broaden my perspective; luckily, the Milan airports help me a lot!

Loving adventures and challenges, as soon as I discovered the launch of the new Capco branch in Italy, I was keen to become a part of it. The selection process immediately demonstrated a structured company aware of its goals. During the recruitment phase, I greatly appreciated discussing business cases and previous project experiences, feeling free to gather and share feedback from industry professionals.

What drove me the most was realizing that Capco Italy's growth aligned with my professional advancement goals: developing new business lines, establishing Capco Italy in the market, and being a testimonial for this new project, acting with the spirit of a startup and the experience gained from years of working at other consulting companies.

With Capco, I see my project management skills confirmed and strengthened, supporting our E2E delivery capability: taking part in projects from the very first stage, the so-called paper design, to working to release in production is a satisfaction that rewards the effort made. I have been involved in launching digital platforms to support the development of client companies, as well as improving customer care platforms, dashboards connected to AI models to analyze the satisfaction level of our clients' employees. There are many projects, and teamwork is our priority: we start together and finish together, not leaving anyone behind like a true team. Moreover, in Capco Italy, learning never stops: with the support of our HR office, we have access to a wide range of courses and certifications to stay updated on innovative methodologies and delve into topics of greater interest.

With colleagues who have been part of Capco Italy from the beginning, we enjoy seeing our community grow: many interviews and selections are ongoing, with new colleagues always arriving. We like to be united, creating moments of fun and relaxation, as we are aware that the stronger the personal bond, the greater and better the results on the field will be. For example, we are professionals at Karaoke nights 😊

We also enjoy learning about each other's traditions: Milan is a cosmopolitan city that gathers people from different parts of the world. For this reason, we try to bring a piece of our homelands to the office, sharing many sweets and culinary specialties. We certainly don't lack appetite.
