I was born in Benevento, a city rich in beauty and history. The sun and energy of Campania is what I bring with me everywhere I go. After graduating from high school at the age of 19, I left my town, curious and enthusiastic to get to know the big world out there.  

My law studies gave me the framework and foundation for my career, but it’s my passion for finance and banking that has really shaped my path. I followed my instincts and got to know the world of banking and its nuances, changing roles often and gaining exposure to all stages of the credit process.

For me, consulting offers the best way to challenge yourself, step out of your comfort zone and push your limits every day, striving for continuous improvement. That’s why I chose Capco. I wanted to entrust my professional growth to a people-oriented company while also contributing to the firm’s success. The selection process was challenging and exciting, and from the first moment I sensed the focus on the quality of people. 

I remember my first day in the office and the spirit of initiative, enthusiasm and drive from my colleagues. I immediately had the feeling that I was in the right place.

Working in the Banking & Payments and Risk & Regulatory areas has allowed me to be a key player in the regulatory projects of the moment, while digitalization and GenAI represent a challenging new perspective that I am excited to be part of.  

I find inspiration and strength in the beauty of nature, especially in the mountains. Books and scents occupy a special place for me, and you only need to enter my house to realize that. I also collect coins and banknotes from around the world and love receiving postcards. I dance flamenco which connects me with the rhythm, elegance and energy of traditional music.

My team thrives on making a difference, including in our spare time. We volunteer for Legambiente, tending to public parks, and for Banco Alimentare, collecting food for those in need.

We also share a playful spirit and love to enjoy life’s pleasures, discovering new restaurants to indulge in laughter and great toasts.
