FRANKFURT, March 12, 2020 - Capco, a leading management and technology consultancy dedicated to the financial services sector, has strengthened its digital transformation expertise through the acquisition of digital strategy consultancy CREATIVE CONSTRUCTION, based in Germany’s leading fintech hub, Berlin.
CREATIVE CONSTRUCTION’s founders and managing directors, Agnieszka M. Walorska and Alexander Braun, will join the Capco Germany leadership team as Executive Directors. The firm will operate as a distinct brand within Capco's consulting offering in Germany, Austria and Slovakia. It will continue to operate from Berlin within a new Capco branch office. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
