EDINBURGH, April 26th, 2023 – Capco has become a Partner level member of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE), reaffirming its commitment to supporting the ongoing transformation and growth of Scotland’s financial services industry.
Capco, which established a presence in Scotland in 2016 and today employs over 300 Scottish consultants across Edinburgh and Glasgow, has been an Associate level member of SFE, the representative body for Scotland’s financial services industry, since 2019.
Over the past seven years Capco’s Scotland business has grown exponentially in response to continued demand for business and technology change; digital transformation and data-related consultancy services from Scottish-based financial services institutions.
Scotland is the UK’s largest financial centre outside of London, sustaining around 150,000 jobs and contributing 9.4% of the Scottish economy by Gross Value Added (GVA). Capco recognizes the opportunities to further expand its reach and in influence in Scotland to support the sector’s continued development and better connect Scotland’s financial services ecosystem to its people and services across the UK.
