We are very pleased to extend our congratulations to Radhika Patel, who has been shortlisted in the Digital category of WeAreTheCity’s 2020 Rising Stars awards.
A Product Manager within the Capco UK Digital Lab, Radhika oversees a multi-disciplinary team who bring together customer-led design thinking techniques and cutting-edge technology expertise to solve client challenges.
Radhika played a key role in launching the UK Digital Lab last year and was selected to lead the function based on her depth of knowledge, customer focus, ability to lead, inspire and motivate multi-disciplined teams.
Despite having only entered the world of financial services consulting just over two years ago, she has established an exceptional track-record of success in delivering market-changing propositions for a number of Capco’s key clients, notably a new youth banking proposition for a leading retail bank and a number of new propositions for a major payments provider.
