We are pleased to announce the acquisition of andrion, a Switzerland-based digital and technology delivery consultancy focused on the provision of transformational solutions and services to Swiss banks, financial technology firms and companies in the financial services sector.
andrion’s offerings span digitization, automation, modernization, and industrialization, with solutions around client journeys, web & cloud solutions, AI service, and open APIs. The transaction will complement and extend Capco’s existing client offerings around digitalization and technology.
andrion’s leadership team, including Aniello Bove, CEO & Managing Partner, Managing Partners Martin Zimmermann and Robert Zimmermann, and all its staff will be joining Capco. Financial terms were not disclosed.
