For the sixth year in a row, Capco is proud to receive a score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Capco joins the ranks of more than 680 major US businesses that also earned top marks this year.
The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under five broad categories:
Every day, we aim to ensure that the environment we create is one where all employees feel comfortable and encouraged being their authentic selves—regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. This achievement represents Capco’s continued dedication to promoting the cause of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
At Capco, we firmly believe that diversity and inclusion significantly drive innovation. Let’s continue to value our differences and make sure that the environment we create every day is one in which anyone can thrive and leave their mark.
