Based on industry developments and assessment of existing online wealth channel capabilities, our approach to creating a uniquely innovative interface for our client involved the following:

- Assess North American wealth management industry trends and developments inadvice-based online channel offerings
- Create a prioritization framework that maps industry business drivers
- Create a model for Capability Analysis that captures scoring details by capability and vendor, and produces summary data and charts
