Emma Seaborne is the Global General Counsel of Capco and is based out of Capco’s London office.
Emma joined Capco in 2017. Prior to her current role, Emma was Capco’s UK Legal Counsel. She has been working in corporate and commercial Legal functions for 20 years.
Prior to Capco, Emma was an operations, commercial and technology lawyer at Barclays Bank, where she guided stakeholders through complex contract negotiations and provided legal and policy counselling on a wide range of strategic projects and propositions.
Emma started her career at Clifford Chance LLP, where she trained and qualified, supporting with mergers and acquisitions, complex restructurings and legal entity governance.
Emma holds a BA Honours Law Degree from Oxford Brookes University.
