Dimitris Staikos is Chief Operating Officer and is based out of Capco’s London office. Dimitris is responsible for leading Capco’s business operations globally, implementing initiatives to support operational alignment and executing Capco’s growth strategy. He also chairs Capco’s Complex Sales Committee.
Dimitris has over twenty years of experience in consulting and technology services, with a focus on the financial services industry. At Capco he has played a critical role in implementing the company’s operating and go-to-market model. He has also been involved in the launch of new global service offerings and has worked closely with the corporate functional leads to build operational excellence across the firm.
Dimitris joined Capco in 2015 from Accenture, where he was a Managing Director within Financial Services and a member of its European Strategic Sales team. During this time, Dimitris acquired extensive international experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives for global financial institutions. He also advised C-level executives on all aspects related to sourcing strategies, the incubation of new ventures, and the development of business plans to drive restructuring and change programs.
Dimitris holds a BSc in Management Science and MSc in Information Systems Management from the London School of Economics.
