COVID-19 : EMBRACING BETTER WAYS OF WORKING IN THE ‘NEW NORMAL’

Despite the existence of robust frameworks, strong employee demand and proven benefits, at the beginning of this year, new ways of working had yet to be widely adopted.

Then, two months ago, the COVID-19 pandemic took hold, requiring firms to rapidly embrace remote working in many cases overnight.

We believe this pressing need for organizations to keep going through this tough period presents a unique opportunity to embed new ways of working, and will help them prepare for of a ‘new normal’ once lockdowns begin to lift.

In this paper, we explore the impact COVID-19 has already had on the way we all work, and share the potential changes that the ‘new normal’ may bring.
