Mike Ethelston is the Managing Partner of Capco's UK business and is based out of Capco's London office.
Mike has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, and over 24 years of advisory and delivery experience. With a focus on retail and commercial banking, he has strong expertise in end-to-end transformation, from initial shaping through to managing complex global delivery. These transformations have often been focused on implementing new operating models that leverage new technologies and sourcing strategies. Mike has also been extensively involved in originating and closing strategic investment and inorganic transactions in both financial services and other industries.
Mike joined Capco in 2017 after over 20 years with Accenture, where he was a Senior Partner and ran the operations business for Accenture Financial Services in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
Mike holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management, and a BA (Hons) degree in Economics from Durham University. Mike qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1993.
