Capco Diversity and Inclusion - Memberships and Associations

Capco is a signatory and member of several global and local organizations and initiatives that are committed to furthering the cause of diversity and inclusion, including:

UN Global Compact: A United Nations framework that encourages businesses worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible business policies and practices. The Compact also sponsors a number of “
Women’s Empowerment Principles” focused on promoting and assessing gender parity in the workplace.

CEO Action: The largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We have joined 1,200+ other companies, CEOs and industry leaders to support a more inclusive workplace for employees, communities, and society at large.

The Valuable 500 (UK): A global movement focused on working with 500 national and multinational, private sector corporations to encourage greater inclusiveness and participation in the workforce for people with disabilities. The organization aims to unlock the business, social and economic value of the 1.3 billion people living with disabilities across the world.

The Women in Finance Charter (UK): A UK government initiative focused on improving gender balance at all levels across the financial services sector by working with firms and companies to support the progression of women into senior roles in financial services. They also aim to expand the executive and leadership pipeline and encourage firms to set formal targets to improve gender diversity.

The Women’s Bond Club (US): Focuses on advancing women in financial services and offers career development and education to empower women to progress to leadership roles and give back to the community.

Women in Business and Finance (UK): An association of female students and financial services professionals who share a passion for economics and finance. WiBF promotes the development of women in economics and finance through workshops, mentorship and networking events, providing female students with the information and network needed to do so.

The Armed Forces Covenant (UK): Through our AF2C (Armed Forces 2 Capco) program, Capco has a strong record of supporting military veterans from all backgrounds as they transition back into the workplace, and we have a diverse community of veterans within our organization. The Covenant helps members of the armed forces community adjust to civilian life by providing support with education, training, and family well-being, securing a home, starting a new career, accessing healthcare, financial assistance and discounted services.

Charta der Vielfalt (Germany): Addresses gender imbalance, and promotes the recognition, appreciation, and integration of diversity in business.

Council of Urban Professionals (US): The Council of Urban Professionals’ (CUP) mission is to inspire, elevate, and empower the next generation of diverse business and civic leaders to support the career progression of professional women and people of color.

AfroTech Conference (US): AfroTech World is a virtual conference and continues to be one of the largest multicultural tech conferences in the United States, bringing together engineers, venture capitalists, recruiters, technologists, and culture enthusiasts from all over the world.

National Black MBA Conference (US): The National Black MBA Association® leads in the creation of educational, wealth building, and growth opportunities for those historically underrepresented throughout their careers as students, entrepreneurs and professionals.

Ascend National Convention (US): The Ascend National Convention is the largest gathering of more than 2,000 leaders and senior executives from a wide cross-section of the pan-Asian business community, uniting students, young professionals and senior executives for cross-generational, professional development and relationship building.
