Journal 46: Automation

Development and proliferation of new technologies across the financial services industry has reached unprecedented levels. Automation – delivered through innovations such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics – is rapidly transforming the industrial landscape, in many instances beyond recognition.

Such transformational changes are hard to follow, and even harder to fathom. This edition of the Journal, prepared in association with the triple-accredited Henley Business School, aims to provide senior financial executives with a deeper understanding of what the key automation-driven changes are and how they will impact their businesses.

In this edition, contributors from MIT, the University of Cambridge, the London School of Economics, Commerzbank, the CME Group and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, among other prestigious institutions, have shared their expertise, adding to the wealth of knowledge from our Capco SMEs.
