Your resume and credentials will be reviewed in a timely manner by a qualified Capco recruiter. If your recruiter believes you are qualified for the role selected, or for another role that is also available, you will be contacted for availability to phone interview as a first step.
The interview process will vary depending on the position you are interviewing for. For more experienced hires, it will most likely be a phone interview, and then a series of on-site interviews (anywhere from 2 to 4, depending on how many Capco interviews you meet with). If you are a graduate hire, your process will be a phone interview, then an on-site interview, and finally a half-day Assessment Center Day.
If, after your final round interview, you are recommended for hire, you will receive a verbal offer. Once a verbal acceptance is supplied, you are sent your official written offer letter. Once signed, on-boarding begins, depending on your start date.
