GROW puts structure around inter-country transfers to provide consistent support to high performing employees who have the desire to move to another Capco office location in need of their skill-set for an 18-24 month secondment.

Junior to Mid Level Consultants

  • Interviews with the HC department, business consultants and senior management
  • Comprehensive assessment of soft skills, change management ability and cultural fit in Capco
  • A half day assessment event consists of written exams, quick fire interviews and group presentations
  • Applicable for candidates at a more junior level without substantial consulting experience


Mid to Senior Level Consultants

  • Interviews with the HC department, business consultants and senior management
  • Assessing leadership potential, subject matter expertise and abilities to champion specific domains (e.g. Digital, Technology, Regulatory Compliance, Change)
  • Interviews with HC, members of respective departments and senior management
  • Applicable for candidates seeking administrative / finance / HC / operations positions
