What I do at Capco?

I am a project manager for the Capital Markets Domain in New York with a focus on working with my clients in an effort to ensure their projects are implemented in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.  My project experience ranges from managing program offices of government sponsored entities and broker dealers, to performing current state assessments, implementing target state operating models, and managing portfolios of BAU codes releases, to name a few.

What drives me in my work?

The people I work with daily are what continue to push me on the project delivery front. Whenever I am asked about the type of people and talent we have at Capco, my first response is that our people are our greatest source of knowledge and expertise.  There is not a day that goes by that I will not speak with someone who is an expert in a field that I am curious on or has knowledge that would benefit us on the project.  The ability to grab hold of that knowledge and expertise and ultimately apply it for my clients is what drives me.

Key achievements with Capco?

In my time at Capco, I have been a part of two of the original project delivery teams that grew into two key anchor accounts for North America.  Having the ability to drive growth and watch accounts go from one-off projects to multi-million dollar accounts with 100+ consultants first hand is not something that one would typically get to see or even take part in so early in their career.

Fun fact about me:

I’m a former sports-talk radio show host while in college who interviewed a handful of college coaches and ESPN personalities.
