What I do at Capco?

I am a Principal Consultant and Project Manager in the Banking Domain as part of the NY office. I am currently leading a multi-year engagement with one of our clients to transform their Change Delivery capability and support projects mainly in the Retail and Commercial Banking space as well as in Risk and Compliance, supporting and coordinating our work across three different office locations.

My other focus at Capco is in the Payments space, so I am also spending my time supporting clients deliver projects related to Cards, Mobile Payments or Core Payments.


What drives me in my work?

I believe in delivering value and insight to our clients and enabling our clients to do the same for their customers. Also, I get to work with a great group of colleagues in a fast-changing and exciting environment and come up with new and innovative solutions.


Key achievements with Capco?

I stood up and delivered an end-to-end communication strategy to support the online banking conversion of 8.5m end-customers and internal readiness training of over 65,000 bank employees.

I defined the blueprint for a new clearing platform for the airline industry, reducing their complexity from 100+ countries down to 5 hubs.
