Pramod is well versed with Trading, Risk and Operations processes as well as Technology solutions supporting Capital Markets.

Pramod led several Capital Markets transformation projects involving trading systems implementations, business process optimization initiatives, platform rationalization and modernization programs and industry utilities for Fixed Income, Equities, FX and Derivatives lines of businesses.

Pramod joined Capco from IBM where he served as an Associate Partner. Prior to IBM, Pramod held senior roles at BearingPoint, Polaris and Citigroup.
