Mark Jenkinson is a London-based Partner at Capco.

Industry expertise
Mark has over 15 years’ experience in professional services within the financial services sector. His more recent assignments have looked at implementing agile operations through the use of shared services, in order to significantly improve cost/income ratios and position operations services strategically with organizations.

Thought leadership
Mark has authored numerous articles on subjects such as agility in operations and the use of services-oriented architectures in financial institutions. Mark is actively involved in the development of Capco's thought leadership and recently authored:

Professional background
Prior to joining Capco, Mark worked for City Practioners, TCA Consulting and Temenos Systems. He has managed strategy and operating model design engagements as well as building a track-record of delivering significant IT and Operations change programs.
