Celebrate Women with Capco

March 8 is International Women's Day (IWD), and March is International Women's Month. As part of Capco's commitment to developing our female talent, we are taking this opportunity to "push the boundaries" with some exciting initiatives.

New York City Luncheon
Capco will host an IWD luncheon in New York City on Monday, March 11. We are thrilled to be joined by internationally known author and speaker Carol Frohlinger, who co-wrote Her Place at the Table and Nice Girls Just Don't Get It. She will discuss how women can negotiate with authenticity to maximize their personal and professional success.

Corporate Social Responsibility
At Capco, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is at the heart of our business. We support several gender initiatives:

  • We have an ongoing relationship with Dress for Success, which promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women. On Friday, Capco Toronto will host a breakfast with Beth Shaw, Dress for Success board member and managing director at Desjardins.
  • We aim to support programs that bolster science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education with a focus on girls. We'll be announcing some exciting new work in this space soon.

Capco places a strong emphasis on recruiting and attracting women to our workforce. In recent years, we've launched a formal mentoring scheme for our female performers at the senior level and improved female representation on our Global Executive Management Team.

Capco is committed to women in business — and women and girls everywhere.
